Support for Parents of Children with Special Needs

Learning that your child has a health condition or developmental concern can feel overwhelming. It’s common to have questions as you begin to understand your child’s needs and explore available resources and services. During this time, parents also need space and support to process their emotions and adjust to a new path.

Connecting with someone who truly understands can make a meaningful difference. Speaking with another parent who has had similar experiences can provide reassurance, insight, and encouragement.

Our trained Helping Parent volunteers are here to support you. Each volunteer has completed specialized training and is available to share information, offer guidance, and provide one-on-one peer support.
