Infant Toddler Program

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner | Hours/Schedule Negotiable

Job Summary

Our Pediatric Nurse Practitioner communicates and coordinates with physicians and other health care providers regarding child health issues and concerns. Provides family resources coordination, intake assessment, and evaluation services utilizing an interdisciplinary, family-centered and culturally competent approach.  Interprets complex medical information pertaining to children referred for services and coordinates care as requested.

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Nursing with an emphasis in pediatrics preferred.

Job Summary

Our Para-Educators are responsible for providing assistance to the Early Childhood Special Education Teacher with planning and implementing educational preschool services for children from birth to three years old with special needs. This position requires an AA in Early Childhood Education or 2 years training in special education or related field. Infant toddler/early childhood special education experience is preferred.

Occupational Therapist 30-40 hrs/wk

Job Summary

Our Occupational Therapists provide evaluation, assessment, treatment and consultation services for birth to three year old children within a combined medical and educational model as part of interdisciplinary team.  

Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in occupational therapy and a professional license through the WA State Department of Health. Pediatric occupational therapy and training/experience is required as well. Neurodevelopmental treatment training and/or sensory integration certification are preferred qualifications.

Job Summary:

Our occupational and physical therapy assistant is responsible for providing physical therapy, under the supervision and direction of the Physical Therapist, to the birth to three year old population within a medical and educational model.  Treatment is provided using an interdisciplinary, family-centered and culturally diverse approach. This position requires Certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant and Washington State Professional License through the Department of Health –PTA.  Pediatric experience is required with infant/toddler motor therapy experience is strongly preferred.

Our Community Coaches assist our Employment Consultants by providing on-the-job support to clients with disabilities. Community Coaches supervise and provide training for adult clients in competitive employment and the client’s volunteer training opportunities. Paid Holidays
  • To be eligible for paid holidays, you must be in paid status the day before and after the holiday.
  • New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Holiday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Sick Leave
  • Sick Leave is provided for employees working less than 20 hours per week in accordance with RCW 49.46.200-210
Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • PTO is a combined benefit for sick leave and vacation for employees working 20 hours per week or more.
  • The amount of PTO is based on the number of regular hours you work per week and your length of service completed and begins accruing on the date of hire.
  • Employees must complete their 6 month introductory period before requesting to use PTO for any leave other than for illness or injuries.
  • In addition to PTO, each employee has the benefit of 1 Personal Leave Day each year, after the introductory period of 6 months.
Health Insurance - Cigna Health, Delta Dental, VSP Vision
  • To be eligible for Health Insurance you must be working 30 hours per week.
  • Includes medical, vision and dental coverage
  • Cost to employee – $45.00 per pay period, $90.00 per month.
Life & Disability Insurance- Mutual of Omaha
  • To be eligible for this benefit you must be working 30 hours per week.
  • Life insurance benefit of $15,000
  • Short term and long term disability policy that pays a portion of your income during a period of disability.

  • No cost to the employee.
Voluntary Benefits
  • To be eligible for this benefit you must be working 30 hours per week.
