Join Holly Ridge Center at Downtown Bremerton’s 22nd Annual Trick-Or-Treat Street on Halloween night from 5:00pm–7:00pm. Parts of 4th and Pacific will be shut down to cars for a safe area for your small ghouls, goblins and fairy tale creatures to roam safely.
