We are thrilled to announce the selection of a new Executive Director to lead Holly Ridge Center. After an intentional search process, the Holly Ridge Center Board of Directors and Search Committee, welcomes Dedra Miller as the organization’s new Executive Director.
In her new role as Executive Director, Dedra Miller will be building off of her 9 year commitment to Holly Ridge Center. Dedra began at Holly Ridge Center in the accounting department, which provided a strong foundation and understanding of the business and financial side of the organization. Later, Dedra transitioned into a leadership role in Human Resources. Dedra has enjoyed recruiting and supporting the best and brightest professionals this community has to offer.
As Executive Director, Dedra is excited to use her strengths in strategic planning, advocating for the inclusion of all people, and community partnership building to lead Holly Ridge Center into the future.
Dedra was drawn to the mission of Holly Ridge Center from the start. She is committed to ensuring that all people are fully included in our community. She brings passion and professional experience. Dedra is a leader in advocacy work in our community.
Dedra will further agency efforts towards innovative programming and outcomes, best practices in our board administration, and corporate compliance. She is committed supporting the successful completion of our capital campaign and is thrilled to support and contribute to our growth in technology and data management.
