inclement weather policy
Whenever the weather turns colder, the chance of delays and closures due to inclement weather increases. At Holly Ridge Center, we prioritize the safety of our staff, clients, and families and make closure decisions accordingly.
To receive the latest news and information on organization-wide delays and closures, please visit:
- HollyRidge.org: we will post organization closures to the banner at the top of every page of this website
- Facebook or Instagram
- FlashAlert Newswire & Messenger: please see sign-up instructions below.
ITP Families: please check with the center to determine if the session has been cancelled. This may differ from any closure or delay impacting Holly Ridge Center’s offices.
AES Clients: please check with your employer or job site about any delays or closures. An employer’s closure or delay status may differ from Holly Ridge Center’s offices.
AES clients are also responsible for their own transportation. During inclement weather, roads may be closed and ACCESS buses may not be running. Please inform employers and job coaches of issues getting to work due to the weather.
Remember: your safety is always our biggest concern!
