Kitsap P2P: An Evening of Encouragement with Ashlee Reese, LMHC
Join us for an evening of encouragement, practical tools, and real conversation with Ashlee Reese, LMHC. This event is hosted by the Kitsap County Parent to Parent program.
Ashlee is an accomplished therapist and sought-after speaker in Kitsap County. She owns a counseling practice that has been recognized with Kitsap’s “Best of the Best” award for the past three years. She is excited to offer a powerful learning session for parents of children with disabilities and/or special health concerns who are coping with caregiver burnout.
Topics covered will include:
- Parenting while coping with burnout
- Grieving expectations
- Managing guilt and frustration
- Parenting through connection instead of performance
