Infant Toddler Program Update: Holly Ridge Center’s highest priority is keeping children, families, and staff safe. As you may know, Kitsap County is currently in Phase-2 of Healthy Washington Requirements.  Based on Early Support for Infant and Toddlers (ESIT) and the Department of Child Youth and Family Services guidelines, Holly Ridge Center is mandated to continue limitations on in-person services for most of our children while in Phase-2.  The one small relaxation to this allows for in-person accommodation of children with very specific medical and physical needs where virtual services such as Zoom cannot be effective. Please note that these children only involve a small percentage of all the children to whom we provide services.

So at this point, ESIT is continuing to mandate the use of virtual services to the maximum extent possible to protect children, families, and staff.   Please know that Holly Ridge Center is currently preparing for expanded in-person services and we look forward to progressing towards Phase 3 activities, as soon as is practical after Governor Inslee announces the transition of Kitsap County to Phase-3 opening.
