Welcome to the Holly Ridge Center’s
Infant Toddler Program!

Children’s early years are an important and exciting time! Holly Ridge Center’s Infant Toddler Program (ITP) is a neurodevelopmental and early learning center providing early intervention services for children ages birth to three and their families. We provide services to families who have concerns about their child’s development or medical diagnosis.

The mission of Holly Ridge Center’s Infant Toddler Program is to provide relationship focused early intervention services to families of children with special needs.

The Infant Toddler program is certified by the State of Washington as the following:

  • Non-Public School Agency by Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction
  • Developmental Disabilities Center through Department of Social and Health Services
  • Center of Excellence for Autism Services through the Health Care Authority

Holly Ridge Center serves as the Local Lead Agency for Kitsap County and North Mason through the Department of Early Learning's Early Support for Infants and Toddlers Program.
